The Malfoys a dream in Hogwarts
Welcome to Hogwarts! But not just any old magical proboards Hogwarts. This magical place is for the more "dark" at heart since we fully support the Malfoy family. Back in 2003 I created a message board with the ideals to love, cherish, and befriend the Malfoy family, thus I appositely named it "The Malfoy's Hogwarts." Students should immediately get sorted by our Sorting hat. If you are not interested in being a student and want to get a job, then apply in our employment thread in Platform 9 and 3/4. Thank you for stopping by and always remember that Lucius, Narcissa, and Draco are watching you with a smirk on your face. Mudbloods and Muggleborns beware.

TMHs unique style of Harry Potter role play is explained with this forum. Members can decide if they would like to be a "cannon" role player, or perhaps a toned down member with less stress in role play. Our houses are the same as any other Hogwarts site; Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slythern. All applications are welcome, but please follow the template if wishing to be a cannon role player.

The Quibbler is a wizarding tabloid published by Xenophilius Lovegood, father of Luna Lovegood, who gets every issue of The Quibbler when it is published and could be part of the reason behind her odd beliefs. It publishes odd theories and also published Rita Skeeter's interview of Harry Potter on Lord Voldemort's return. Many think that The Quibbler is rubbish, including Hermione Granger, Rita Skeeter, and Dirk Cresswell; the latter referred to it as a "lunatic rag".

[ ]Dumbledores Pensieve
The Pensieve is an object used to review memories. It has the appearance of a shallow stone basin, into which are carved runes and strange symbols. It is filled with a silvery substance that appears to be a cloudlike liquid/gas; the collected memories of people who have siphoned their recollections into it. Memories can then be viewed from a third-person point of view. Closed

[ ]Entrace Hall
The Hogwarts Entrance Hall is located on the ground floor of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, with a wide marble staircase opposite the oak doors. Double doors to the right lead into the Great Hall. The Hufflepuff common room, the kitchens, the dungeons, and the Grand Staircase can also be accessed via the Entrance Hall.

[ ]The Great Hall
The Great Hall a Vast chamber with an enchanted ceiling which mirrors the sky outside. Four long tables for the four houses. Closest to the doors from the Entrance Hall is Slytherin, then Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and next to the far wall, Gryffindor (this order may possibly be reversed, depending on how you orient the room to the entrance hall). The teachers sit at the High Table, a table on a raised platform at the front of the room.

[ ]Kitchen
The Hogwarts kitchens are located directly below the Great Hall and are just the same size. They have high ceilings and a great brick fireplace at one end. Mounds of brass pots and pans are heaped around the walls. There are preparation tables directly below the four house tables in the Hall above, and when the time comes for the food to be served, it is magically transported through the ceiling of the kitchen onto the plates. The kitchens are staffed by over a hundred house-elves. To get to the kitchens, take the door to the right of the main staircase in the entrance hall. Follow the corridor until you come to a painting of a bowl of fruit. Tickle the pear and it giggles and becomes a door handle

The Hufflepuff Common Room, founded by Helga Hufflepuff, is the most inclusive among the four houses, valuing hard work, patience, friendship and fair play rather than a particular aptitude in its members. Its emblematic animal is the badger, and yellow and black are its colours. Pomona Sprout is the Head of Hufflepuff. The Fat Friar is its ghost. Hufflepuff corresponds roughly to the element of earth. The Hufflepuff dormitories and common room are located somewhere in the basement, near the castle's kitchens.

[ ]Third Floor Corridor
The Third Floor Corridor on the left hand side was out of bounds during the 1991 - 1992 school year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry because it was the access point to the Chambers where the Philosopher's Stone was being hidden. Fluffy, a three-headed dog owned by Rubeus Hagrid, guarded a trap door that led into the Chambers. Towards the end of the school term, Professor Quirrell gained access to the trap door by enchanting a harp to play music which lulled Fluffy into a state of sleep.

[ ]History of Magic Class
History of Magic is a required class for all students attending Hogwarts. The class is a study of magical history. History of Magic is taught from the first year to the fifth, with the option of an N.E.W.T. course in the sixth and seventh years.

The lesson plan usually consists of lectures on the 'History of Wizards and the Magical World' (in which goblin rebellions appear most memorable). This class is similar to the study of History in the Muggle World, as particular emphasis is placed upon remembering dates, names and events.

[ ]Non Magical Studies
Muggle Studies is a class at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. It is exactly what the name implies - the study of the daily lives of Muggles and how they cope with not being magical. This class aims specifically to acquaint witches and wizards who do not have direct contact with Muggles with the way they live; once known essay topic was "Why Muggles Need Electricity". It is an optional subject, taught from the third year to the seventh.

[ ]Prefects Bathroom
In one side of the room there are the stalls with toilets inside. Opposite of the toilets there is a large, swimming pool-like tub with faucets surrounding it. The faucets all run differently-coloured water, bubbles, and foam. Looking at the tub, one would imagine it would take quite some time to fill, but it actually fills remarkably fast, considering its size. Under the bathroom there are sewers that can be entered by blasting one section of the wall. These sewers may or may be not part of the series of plumbings and tunnels of the Chamber of Secrets. Ravenclaw values intelligence, knowledge and wit. Its emblematic animal is the eagle, and its colours are blue and bronze. The Ravenclaw Head is Filius Flitwick. No Ravenclaw house ghost is directly mentioned in the books; however, the Harry Potter movies name her as the Grey Lady. The house was founded by Rowena Ravenclaw. According to Rowling, Ravenclaw corresponds roughly to the element of air. The Ravenclaw common room and dormitories are located in Ravenclaw Tower on the west side of the school. Very few Ravenclaw members are specifically mentioned, and, in general, they are not seen much in the Harry Potter books.

The hospital wing is well equipped to deal with all manner of magical and mundane injuries, from broken limbs to regrowing lost bones. Only in the most severe cases are students sent to St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries for further treatment, such as when Katie Bell touched a cursed Opal necklace in 1996.

[ ]Arithmetics Hallway
Arithmetic or arithmetics (from the Greek word αριθμός meaning number) is the oldest and most elementary branch of mathematics, used by almost everyone, for tasks ranging from simple day-to-day counting to advanced science and business calculations. In common usage, the word refers to a branch of (or the forerunner of) mathematics which records elementary properties of certain operations on numbers. Professional mathematicians sometimes use the term (higher) arithmetic when referring to number theory, but this should not be confused with elementary arithmetic.

Divination is an elective subject available beginning in a student's third year. Students study a myriad of ways to scry information about the future, including tea dregs, crystal balls, visions and Astrology and horoscope charts. Other methods of divining the future include smoke patterns, tarot cards and the interpretation of prophecies, though the latter is quite rare. Guides and textbooks allow students of Divination to discern or translate what observed symbols intend to mean.

The Slytherin House. Like Salazar Slytherin, its founder, Slytherin house values ambition, cunning and resourcefulness. Its emblematic animal is the serpent, and its colours are green and silver. According to Rowling, Slytherin corresponds roughly to the element of water. The Slytherin dormitories and common room are reached through a bare stone wall in the dungeons. The Slytherin common room is a long, low underground room (probably under the Hogwarts lake, thus Slytherin house's affiliation with water) with rough stone walls and round greenish lamps hanging from the ceiling.

The Atrium is a very long and splendid hall with a highly polished, dark wood floor. The blue ceiling was inlaid with gleaming symbols that were continually moving and changing like some enormous heavenly notice board. In the middle of the Atrium there was a fountain. A group of golden statues, larger than life-size, stood in the middle of a circular pool. Tallest of the all was a noble-looking wizard with his wand pointing straight in the air. Grouped around him were a beautiful witch, a centaur, a goblin, and a house-elf. The last three were all looking adoringly up at the witch and wizard.
